Our Rates

We understand that clarity and predictability in investment are essential. Our pricing model is designed to be transparent and tailored to the specific needs of each project, avoiding surprises.

The base rate is estimated at €390 (excluding VAT) per hour of "Service in Area".

This hour covers the actual time our team (piloting, technical assistance, and possible ground support) will be working on-site to capture the required images.
However, this is only the initial baseline. To provide you with a firm and binding quote, we carefully consider these key factors:

1. Type of Report: The cost varies according to the complexity and resources required.

2. Geographic Location of Filming: Determines travel costs (mileage, tolls), per diem (if overnight stays are required) and travel time for the crew.

3. Estimated Service Duration in Area: Based on the complexity of the flight plan and the required planes.

4. Post-production Requirements: Editing is a crucial factor. We include the necessary time in the budget.

Clear Timeframes:
From the day after on-site filming:
5 business days: You will receive a proof (watermarked or low resolution) for review and comments.
9 business days: Delivery of the final product in the agreed-upon formats.
